Miraval Spa Trip in Arizona

By Anita Brown

Breathe deeply ... relax
Eat well ... relax
Enjoy good company ... relax
Experience a massage and classes ... relax

That was the path to Nirvana that seven EPWNG sisters followed for two glorious days at the end of June at the Miraval Spa in Tucson, Arizona.

Thanks to our excellent planner and travel agent, Linda Wolkoff, along with Phoenix EPWNG members Kyle Decker and Karen Egan, we met up at the Spa with Northshore members Wendy Baum, Bonnie Brickman, Susan Shulman and Anita Brown.  In spite of desert temperatures exceeding 100 degrees, we all experienced wonderful morning walks, meditation, classroom and pool yoga, drumming, meditative Mala bead making, and a private demo and tasting with the Spa Chef.  Of course, there were also unique massage experiences and facials, and a wine and cheese gathering.

Feeling good inside and out, establishing new friendships and anticipating future successful journeys filled our hearts to the max as we made our way home.
