Cheyne Adam, a Chicago fitness expert, will be taking us through a 30-minute HIIT workout showing us modifications that can be made and educating us on why HIIT training is so valuable to our overall health. Mixing weight training and small cardio bursts in a typical 45-50 minute workout has shown to improve inflammation markers, heart and brain health and stimulate muscle growth and fat loss. After the class, Jill Foos, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness coach, will share with us how to fuel for pre- and post-workout nutrition.
